I remember reading somewhere that David Wilcock said the shift would not happen until the economy collapses first.

It won't have to be a collapse unless our consciousness needs a collapse for our learning. I hope it is a peaceful transition.

That particular person seemed to have gone from highly positive to highly conspiracy/negative in his messages. I'm hope his message will reach a balance.
