Did you read my thread about my negative visit? I had exactly the same deal... an endless headache with thoughts of wanting to kill and people in my head, and they we're to be manipulated and stuff like that..The basic thing the entity does is offer this insight of pure negativity, all thoughts perverted. Throughout my greeting it was making me also visualize vaguely and briefly a monster like king human entity which was me and an elite group of leaders in a background of pure light using symbology.
This was the same day when I had my first and only OBE innocently. Latwii wrote that when everything is going wrong an OBE can be the touching of home base or re energizing factor.
This can also mean they want your separation from you and the astral, so don't meditate while laying down. Two things this affects for me, or at least it seemed to affect.. They use magic to twist your thoughts which activate your emotions and other things, they try to block and substitute their own. I felt absolutely helpless during that time with the notions I would never love again, they also use the doubt of the material and experiences you had experienced. That they are somehow fake and that you really don't have a clue about your path or existence.. that all of this LOO is a made up lie. You can't consciously remove these strong entities because when you attempt thoughts or visualizations, they are redirected into hate.
Ask your higher self and all of the entities that ever surrounded you to stand by you.. you need to sleep.. before you sleep you ask this of all who know you who are with you because of the "Path that is".. and try to really sleep, you must sleep.
