I am a proponent of sending love when you can. But you can only send something that you have in the moment. If you are despondent and can not find any love in the moment then what are you going to send?- some more vibrations of despondency. In my opinion you have to be in the vicinity of the vibration of love to be able to send love. It is almost fashionable to send love now a days. But everyone seems to be sending it and no one seems to be receiving it. Because people sending think that they are sending love but they actually end up sending something else.
Also there is another reason for the approach....

my dear friend ! I hope you are not harboring any illusions of trying to change this entity's mind by talking to him. You can not be in any other relationship with this entity but an aggressor and a victim. He being the aggressor and you being in 3D. A 5D entity is very wise and very smart. They know what they are doing. He has made up his mind and you can not change it. He has already made his choice long time ago and that was to serve as an STS being. So in my opinion just don't encourgae him in any way. Once you invite him IN on your own volition then he can play your mind like a drum. Your non-physical help might also be rendered ineffective...
That is another reason I proposed earlier to not send him anything including love. To keep you just on a separate path from him. This is how it goes- you send him love, he plays innocent and misguided. You feel pity on him, he wants your companionship, you play reformer. You invite him for a chat, he plants ideas into your head like a Trojan Horse and then you get the story...
