Go deeeep inside and KNOW beyond the shadow of a doubt that there is always that one space within you, no matter how tiny, that is yours and yours alone. NO-ONE can take that from you. As a spark of God, aren't you infinite at your very core? This negative entity that poked at you learned an important lesson, I'm sure. They learned just how much you've realized your infinite self. They learned just how durable a human being really is! Whenever you feel like you're being assaulted, just visualize that temple of love and light in your core and take comfort in the fact that that IS you. Always, you are a beacon. The light can be covered up but it can NEVER be extinguished if it is your will for it to shine.
A thought came to me yesterday: The negative motto must be "Life for the sake of life is pointless." The positive motto must be "Life for the sake of life is all." The negative is like a strong and loud thunderstorm, rolling and tearing through the universe. But instead of fearing the storm, look at how beautiful it is! You can be thankful for God's display of strength and power without getting sucked in. Although I know how hard it is to remember this when you're being buffeted by the winds and rain.
