Remember that negative Entities thrive off fear, separation being the illusion used to empower over others. By calling on Angels or Guides and the Highest Self you will send our STS friend packing, probably for good. Your crystals found you just as planned.
The rose quartz stone is indeed excellent for matters of the Heart Chakra.
Whilst I am sure that sacred geometry is an integral part of the esoteric technologies now being rediscovered I find it easier and quicker to just "listen" to the crystals "instructions". They will inform you of their individual peculiarities and also advise as to positions in the grid (a pattern made of various crystals). Often, or in my case, a transmitter crystal will be placed in the center of the grid. I feel personally that I have done this type of stuff before, it just comes really naturally in the light trance condition.
Because of the inflowing of new Energies into our sphere there will be dissonance felt by many. On the one hand the 3D body is trying to hold on for "life" whilst on the other the 4D Light Body is being created. This can cause some serious discomfort, the tell tale signs usually being apathy, from mild to severe along with a certain feeling of detachment to Space / Time.
This is where the crystals come into their own during the Ascension Process. If the grid is charged with the intent of maintaining a high frequency of vibration in the home this will, in turn create better conditions of resonance for the Light Body to form. I noticed an increased sense of nurturing the Self and the body during this phase. Some may feel the need to change diet or engage in increased physical activity. This is the time for clearing the last few remaining blockages in your electromagnetic shield or Chakra system. Fear must be addressed, for that fear which is still withheld must be integrated / transmuted into Love / Light. Some of us have chosen here a Life Story during this incarnation that offers catalyst for maximum polarisation to the positive. For this to happen one must stretch the "elastic band" by looking deep into the darkness, only to rebound as far as possible into the Light. Fear or negativity cannot be ignored, due alone to our awareness of these places we are able to allow the infinite Love / Light of our Creator to enter and transmute.
My humble life experiences have enabled me to peer a long way into the darkness, into places where many would already be hiding behind the sofa, only to emerge carrying the Sword of Light.
If one can feel universal Compassion in the grimmest situations that this Illusion offers then this is the Creator knowing himself once more as he sees that which he is not.
