For the last week or two my forehead will thump/pulse about every hour. Just one single big "thump". This morning I lay down to meditate and my whole forehead just ripples and vibrates.
Don't really get how a gland in the center of the head will cause movement on the skin. Weirdness.
Anyways, I am trying to gain conscious control of the "switch" to the screen/grid. Haven't put a whole lot of work into meditation until just recently.
