how to reply to Ra's love?

I remember this passage from way back.

81.23 Questioner: It’s unimportant, but how many other of these galaxies has Ra traveled to?

Ra: I am Ra. We have opened our hearts in radiation of love to the entire creation. Approximately 90 percent of the creation is at some level aware of the sending and able to reply. All of the infinite Logoi are one in the consciousness of love. This is the type of contact which we enjoy rather than travel.

two questions:

1) how is one aware of Ra's sending?

One feels the love of the creator, which is same love radiated by all. As Ra said, we are One in the consciousness of love.

2) how is one able to reply?

You send love back. You feel the appreciation radiate towards you and you radiate appreciation back. There is no physical distance to overcome.

or is Ra referring more to the general concept/feeling of Love, rather than it originating specifically with them?

More of a general feeling/energy than specifically directed communication. They are close to union with the One, so naturally the lines between them and other social memory complexes is becoming less defined. So they radiate love to all, and a great deal of the creation is able to consciously or subconsciously sense this and respond in kind.
