I've been getting headaches for several months or sometimes just fatigue of the face and head in which I just feel drained up there. I have continually been increasing my sensitivity to the environment through meditation and I consider this as a possibility for why I have been getting these feelings. Often it is a subtle headache. For instance I felt it creeping in last night and today I wake up knowing it's there and it's been there all day. If I don't focus on it I won't even notice it sometimes but it's annoying today.
I watched a video about kundalini syndrome where the man described what to do in meditation to smooth out the energy that has accumulated in the forehead area chakras because of meditation. Just letting the energy spread gently like water soaking in a sponge. I do think now and it is nice but I have difficulty getting the energy to soak into my neck, shoulders, upper spine and heart area. I can do the same process upwards from my legs just as well as the head but the process does not want to naturally unfold into the middle of my body.
In general life I'm working on speaking more. I am slowly becoming more confident about speaking to people.
So I think that I've just got a bunch of energy cooped up in my head that I need to be smoother out so it doesn't cause these headaches.
Anyway, perhaps you have knowledge or experience that could aide me in some way. I'm open to other interpretations.
