Ofcourse there is disclosure everywhere. NASA in general is quite a long distance away from being "fine". The average operaters are certainly fine, but when we have a space program that publically laughs and tries to discredit ET contacts and SETI we have a huge freaking problem.

Or do you think that NASA is doing a good job cataloguing UFO contacts, Supporting SETI or doing anything worth while about all the crap they've been accused of pulling off.
