Thanks Stan! We are already on the same page for nutrition, except that I don't know what "cat's claw" is. I just put a nutrition topic into the Science forum here to find out what helps others without taking over your thread here too much.
What made the difference for you about mental attitude?
About quotes:
I started with online discussions back in the days of dial-up BBS's. All of this is pretty much automatic for me now.
If I have a long post I'll usually click Reply, select all and copy from the online editor to a separate text editor program on my computer. Then I cut and paste whatever parts I want. I save as I go so I don't lose anything if there's an Internet outage or I accidentally close the browser.
If it's difficult concepts for me to understand or to express, I may let them sit around in that text file for a while while I try out different approaches. I have a couple of drafts that are weeks old because I haven't yet found a good way to put ideas into words. Fortunately this forum mostly discusses eternity so there is no rush to publish.
If I know just what I want to say here, then once I click Reply and the system gives me the quote, I'll go to the top of the text edit window. I'll put several blank lines and an unusual character such as a backslash. \
Then I'll type my response, and cut & paste whatever quotes I want into the top. When I'm done, I take out the backslash and the rest of the original quote.
Just like driving, after a while you don't have to think about the technique all the time.
Business notes should be ready for you within a day or two, I don't know if I'll be able to get them prepared today.
