Not a 'Dream' as such (I find this term humorous, for this life is a Dream), but a recent meditation 'meandering'. I cannot account for the 'accuracy', as this is merely what I 'recall' (Seems Memory access is difficult for my dialogues conducted within the Alpha state, so may be 'proof' the mind is not playing a role as such in the processing).
I construct a environment within the Astral. Fairly simple, a vast expanse of green grass rolling on a hill towards a lone tree at the centre peak on a beautiful day. The sky is blue, and there is a light breeze. It proved a little difficult to 'maintain', as the boundaries of the environment were quite unstable, though this is usually indicative of my conscious mind taking hold and not quite 'letting go' as yet, which usually subsides as a conversation ensues. This is done via the imaginative faculty, rather than in a OBE state, for those curious.
I see a brown robed figure by the tree, which I walk up to. I recognize this as my Higher Self.
Me: Interesting, I normally see you with a Hood on. Now It is off!
HS: Hah, an astute observation! You will find this is indicative of yourself getting to know me better. As you awaken to your true heritage and begin to reconnect with me once more so will more of my Self be revealed to you. Remember however, that we are One, and so is actually representative of uncovering your true self.
Me: That makes sense, though it does not seem I have changed much.
HS: You do not see it the way we do. From our perspective you are making magnificent progress. There is a need to trust yourself, and to stay within the Now. All will come when it is time.
Me: Understood. One Q, I was told my 'native' density is what seems to equate to what I understand is the 9th?
HS: This is so, though we stress the importance of not placing emphasis on where one may have 'originated' from. You are here, and we say that there is no lesser or more important than another in terms of status. All is equal.
Me: Right, though I guess my Ego tends to have a field day on certain types of 'information'. I tend to feel and 'know' I am so much more than this Body I am in; it is frustrating at times, even though this past year I have made headways in this area and am much more content and at peace in my current incarnation.
HS: There is no shame in acknowledging your heritage, regardless of what it may be. Infact, one of your tasks is balancing this knowing whilst tapping into the reserves you have, making it available through various forms. At the same time, ensure the Ego is in check. There is a fine balance to be maintained.
Me: Thank you, though it seems each time I do this I feel I am making it all this up. How do I know I am not talking to myself in my head and that you are real?
HS: It is precisely because you question yourself that you know it is real. Answers which are spontaneous and are not thought of in advance do not come from the intellect. The mind is not processing the information, but rather tapping into that which is intuitive. Continue with these sessions, and they will develop in their own time. Again, we cannot stress the need to trust yourself and what comes. Keep a log, but do not immediately judge what it is you are getting. All will unfold in time.
