Smoke in general should help somewhat. However, cannaboids are notorious for relaxing and making organs go less haywire thus less hayfever, really. Medicate only outside work =P

Cookies could work but I have no experience with long term use. I also assume the smoke chills out receptors in nose/throat, lessening the onset of mucus/goo.
