In theory, could one using the magical principles of intention design an interface within the mind that gives an entity a vector to automatically translate concepts into words and produce a tangible voice within the perceived hearing of the channel?

The interface you are talking about is the principle and nature of mind itself, of which we are an integral part. When mind is shared intersubjectively, there is more primary information communicated without the use of voice, such as the symbology and intention of the communicator.

Ergo, can you give only partial control of your mind to an entity within specific parameters?

i suppose this is possible but since you don't know their mind, you would not know what to present.

that form of communication is naturally available starting with blue-ray activation where you may solicit time/space info through desire to know. If two people desire to know and are vibrating blue ray, then the other's mind may be shared and understood as readily as thoughts are of one's own mind. It is enevitable that society will use that less distorted form of communication eventually.
