The pineal gland can be activated through sound frequency, some can hear it crack/pop after a while. Also, the pineal will naturally decalcify when you work your orange-ray, learn to be more relaxed.

OT: The pineal gland has always been clad in mystery.. Mystery attracts speculation and all of a sudden it will have a million different things attributed to it. Personally, I think the potential power of this centre is quite tremendous.. Though, there are other energies that are at least as impressive. The pineal energy is an quite intense and unstable energy.. Nothing for the novice.
