About six years back, shortly after breaking out of organized religion, I developed a sudden intense interest in aliens and the paranormal, after waking up to find my husband watching a show about Roswell. I got on a bunch of paranormal forums, and eventually a member from one of those forums linked me to llresearch.org and bring4th. Everything immediately resonated tremendously.
I was thrilled to learn that Carla lives only about 20 minutes from my house, and started going to the weekly meditations, back when her health was still good enough to have them. I really miss those weekends, because it provided the group spiritual atmosphere of a church without all the dogma and hellfire sermons. Probably the most comfortable I've felt around other people in my life.
I was posting on the forums long before reading the Law of One books, and at one of the meditations, when GLB heard that I hadn't read them, he shoved the lot of them into my hands, telling me I just HAD to see them. I took them home and began reading, and was even taking the books to work with me to read on my break because I just couldn't put them down. The rest is history.
