Simple physical movement alone--a change of perspective--is sometimes enough to instigate relaxation from the grip of a particular tendency (such as mind analyzing or emotional drama), and allow flow to get past blockages and holding onto things etc., through the entire being. I find that getting out of the house, and looking at the earth--animals, insects, sky, anything--is enough to get me out of mind stuff and bring me into the present, which then allows the flow to happen of itself.
