Lol! It does look a bit like a Wayne's World "We're not worthy!" pose or someone picking a door lock. Or how my girlfriend suggests that I approach her after an argument... 
thefool, that would make sense that there are meditation rooms in public places in Asia, especially southeast Asia. This particular photo was taken in an airport in either Georgia or Illinois, not sure, probably the former.
Monica, it probably was intended to remind people to take their medication, lest they wind up falling to their knees begging for help, but someone spelled it wrong.
