I think its important not to try to "force it". I find that if I focus on those things which bring me the most joy, I am naturally inclined to love others. Align with your sense of well being by contemplating that which brings you joy. You'll find that joy spreading out into your interactions with others.
Ah, so it's intelligent energy I've been working with, not necessarily 4D green ray energy. I wonder what shaping powers means. That means manifesting capability?
I'd love to use intelligent energy to get into a state of awareness of a star, to see what it's like to be a star. I meditate often, but don't get very deep, because I keep changing my interest on what I focus on. So intelligent energy is what's good to focus on. I've had the experience of making a star which I thought was a galaxy at the time. So now onto experiencing being within a star. I might not be able to get my mind to cover the entire octave like a star does.
But especially being a furry star, a star for anthros that are diverse. A star for humans too. A yellow star like our sun. I had an experience once where I thought I had died, and was experiencing being in the sun. It was an exciting experience. Some places were very hot, others cooler and I could traverse where I wanted to.
Aha, so I'll think about intelligent energy. Thanks for clearing that up. I'll also work on feeling more joy around my mom, which is sometimes hard to do. But I do appreciate her in my life. A good way to get the green ray going.
