straight from the core of pacha mama below
comes a stream of energy in unlimited flow

how will you meet this manna that enters your feet?
your love and joy for life determines if it stays replete

if relationships are in good standing than it goes unimpeded
if there is conflict with any than from there it gets depleted

the answer to all disharmony is to bring it to the center
into the heart where you ask for forgiveness to enter

here one finds true wholeness...here one is healed
here one is vulnerable...here one puts down their shield

up to the throat where honest communication takes place
songs sung solely to lift the cheeks of a beloved's face

shooting out the crown the stream continues flowing
our gift back to the creator as experience turns to knowing

there is energy streaming continuously from our finger tips
love keeps the channel open while fear creates an eclipse
