In my experience, pressure in a given center is usually indicative that energy is moving but that it is encountering resistance as it meets a too narrow aperture at the site of the energy receptor.

In my experience, pressure in a given center can be indicative that energy is coming in or out in such quantities and power that your 3d body would fail if no block was put in place. This "blockage" does not have to be something unbalanced that you need to balance out. It could simply mean that you have become more aware than what your 3d body can handle without disrupting this 3d illusion.
