how do you understand this statement?

With blue ray it is possible to relate experience using more of the self, than with the lower rays. There is no other choice available, as there necessarily is with the lower supporting rays. Once there is sufficient awareness of oneself with respect to one's experience, there would be dishonesty to present something else to the world - which would then revert to a lower ray.
