Something I've realized about this planet...

My understanding of Earth is that it is a collective project involving the will of all souls currently incarnate, inner plane guides and the planet itself, Gaia. I doubt they would deny entry to the average "negative" soul, however they may have a filter for beings whose goal would be the destruction of this planet from within. If it is indeed a collective project, I believe it would make sense to consider the desires of all entities involved in a balanced manner and perhaps prioritize the souls which match Earth's vibration best. If souls with more seniority of vibration, as you call them, are the ones who incarnate the most often or the most easily, I believe this could very well express a desire for harmony within the planetary sphere, its inhabitants and its desired path as an evolving community.

We know so little about the details of this process that I find it hard and harsh to cast a judgement on the methods which may or may not be used to supervise earthly incarnation. I believe seeing it in absolutes might be missing on a big chunk of the actual process, and I feel the entities which are in charge of this process truly do their best.

But since we are working with assumptions here, I might be wrong. I just wished to express what I intuitively feel
