Adrenals - 3rd chakra- what works for you?

Could you have a healthy yellow ray but still have poorly functioning adrenals? Are they always connected?

You're probably familiar with this quote.

There are quite a few threads regarding pyramid usage, a search will be useful.

Don built a pyramid at L/L if I remember correctly, the dimensions being equilateral.

Regarding the pyramid under the pillow, I've been using a quartz crystal pyramid, about 5cm in height (size being irrelevant for this use) with dimensions close to that of the great pyramid.
