"local" means of space/time rather than "non-local" or time/space. space/time is by convention "physical" and time/space is "metaphysical". Regardless of density, in reality space and time are two identities or qualities to describe the exact same thing. Each local and non-local body is a manifestation of what Ra would call a "dynamic tension of the magnetic field".
