As far as advanced civilizations leaving marks on our planet? I just finished reading a couple of books documenting physical evidence of advanced maybe alien civilizations leaving marks on our dear earth- Chariots of the Gods -Erich von Daniken, Fingerprints of the Gods-Graham Hancock
Incidentally, These books were brought to my attention after I asked my guidance of physical proof of all these metaphysical things being REAL. I am a really big 'show me missouri' types
On another note I think it is good to stir the pot a little bit from time to time like you did. This avoids complacency and group think
