I don't really have an issue watching those videos it can be quite a enjoyable experience 
and i understand that rising the energy up to the heart chakra is indeed my goal. I was more looking for information on helping this process. Once the sexual desire arises does one simply remain mindful of it and focus the feelings of love/acceptance, perhaps a visualization of energy moving from the Red ray to green?
