This is a combination of timelines created by Jim and Scott Mandelker. It's missing the Session Q&A numbers though, so if anyone wants to gather that data to include, I'd be happy to put it in the master document. Any corrections or additions are more than welcome as well. This will probably be published on the new website once it's up and running.
