[alchemikey]

when one lives in a perfectly harmonious environment
one often loses the impetus to continue to grow

for when nothing knocks one off from their center
the motivation for spiritual evolution does slow

so be thankful for challenging surroundings
and for people that rub you the wrong way

pearls aren't created without some irritation
perhaps that's the role those relationships play
