You're evading the question. People murder, rape, lie, cheat, steal etc. all the time. So does that mean we should all just go ahead and do that stuff, since we're all 'one' anyway and it doesn't matter?
You are leaving out choice. And telling me "oh you're a killer too since we're all one" as a justification for YOUR choice to kill, doesn't cut it.
