A Purpose of 3D

Is the purpose of 3D to be happy? I know it's to make the choice, but where does being happy fit in?

Anthros bring me a degree of happiness, but not all that much, since right now I'm feeling out of it. My mom and I had a confrontation yesterday on Thanksgiving. We both got pretty angry. The angriest I have ever seen her and the angriest I have ever been.

Ra: The purpose of incarnation in third density is to learn the ways of love.

That is the overarching purpose of 3rd density incarnation. And when it is sufficiently stabilized, you graduate to fourth density, which strive towards using love with wisdom. Every density's lessons involves whatever is required to elevate the consciousness to the next threshold, or ray, of unity.

Happiness, or lack thereof, is feedback from your spiritual complex. The spirit is the integrator, or flow of consciousness from unity to distortions of unity. It is the flow of consciousness from the macrocosm to the microcosm. Your emotions are your visceral reaction in your body, to how your mind is meshing with the spiritual complex. When it is not meshing well, you feel depression, and all sorts of negative disempowering feelings, when it harmonizes perfectly, you feel passion, joy, and divine enthusiasm for life.

Just by living life, you come to want things. It is an inevitable consequence of being incarnate. You experience things you don't like, and then by exposure to that contrast you now want and know more clearly that which you do want.

If you can turn your thoughts purely towards what is wanted, thoughtforms consonant with what is wanted will begin to form and eventually coalesce enough momentum to manifest physically in some physically realizable fashion. But even that moment of physical realization is short lived, because you weren't really reaching for a physical thing, but rather, the feeling of expansion. And that is the only feeling that will give you any sort of lasting satisfaction. It's identifying new heights to grow to, and then turning in the direction of them. That is the feeling of life coursing through you.

Expansion is where its at. It's why you focused into a seemingly separated vantage point in the first place. So that you could expand. So that you had a place to expand to. Why? Because it is just so damn satisfying. If you never separated, you could never experience the sublime joy of reuninification.
