I know spiritual people like to surround themselves with happiness and pleasant thoughts, but this is an inevitable part of existence. The protaganist in these diaries was an electrical engineer, and look at his kina eyes. if you can, say a prayer for him, instead of thinking that maybe karma caused this or whatever excuses people come up with to not address the pain in this world.
