It is worth noting that on higher vibratory densities the idea of 'thought creating form' is much more pronounced. While the same is true in 3D there is no clear link (atleast the illusion of such) between your thought and the resultant form, however on higher densities this is increasingly so (E.g. Astral). In other words, it is not so much the idea of 4D entities being beautiful so much as it being a natural by-product of the formmaker having much control to fashion the vehicle/instrument as seen fit. Of course, on these levels there is the idea of a cleaner diet, higher activation of DNA, non-damaged energetic body templates, less random mutation and so forth, which results in a more efficient organism, but this is a non-issue in comparison. 

Also, note that the wide variance on Earth is not really common among other spheres. Consider correlating sources which state the various 'root' races and their differences stemmed from genetic engineering by a number of E.T. groups early on, so it's only natural that we have the variety that we do now. 

Anyway, as others have said. Physical beauty is subjective and is arbitrary, though studies suggest the mass consensus leans towards symmetry as being the common thread. In any case, it is a non issue to worry about the outer form, which is transient, yet perfect as it is (this is what you chose 'prior' to incarnation). It is who you are underneath that matters, rather than be dictated by the idea of flesh and bones, which is only a perspective when operating in a limited spectrum of physical sense.
