Simple advice, posting it because I'm not going to take it now (driving 1hr+ to go hiking seems imprudent when I have work in the afternoon...)

Now, to follow the soul’s secret path, or God’s calling, all you have to do is choose the option that
shines the brightest, evokes the most interest, or contains the most energy, and follow it as well as
you can for now. Let’s say you take stock of the present moment, and there are five obvious things
you could do (of course, there are an unlimited number of things, but you prioritize to five).

Now choose the option containing the most energy, no matter if it seems reasonable or not.
Interest and joy are the best indicators of what is right for you. The world-self cannot see the
consequences of his actions, but it can feel them beforehand. That’s all. You can now put the book
aside, because it’s not going to get any easier than that.
