A formula for figuring out your density.

For me personally I followed the "signposts" or "guideposts" as they are otherwise called. You think about what you desire to know about yourself and suddenly turn your head or open a book subconsciously and the clues, although subtle, are right there in front of you. It gets easier the more you practise it but one must step back from personal biases! Also, you don't always get an answer using this intuitive process because if you are not ready to know, or there is intervening material that is required first, then you will just end up with brain ache from over analysing.

But yeah, I discovered my home vibration through this process.
