Yes and I am very grateful for it! At the very least I want to make sure I have smoothed out the "couple of crack repairs". One of the valuable Ra quotes I am using as a mantra at the moment is "to the balanced entity no situation has an emotional charge". So when I feel that charge, however subtle, in response to external events, I realise I have homework to do!
