Honesty with a loving touch

Of course what you say is the catalyst they need in the moment, however if you want to be more fruitful with your "teaching", you can alter your vibration/style and will attract others who need and will respond to a more gently loving authority type instead of the type who need a strict and blunt authoritarian to rebel against. The most you can do is listen to yourself, and listen to your prompts. Being blunt has been your way so far, but something inside is driving you to seek a different way. So as long as you continue to honestly reflect yourself, you will be giving others the catalyst they need. You can play with that infinitely, however, and alter your style to see different results, and all the while be performing exactly the part you are supposed to within the play.
