To me Red ray is really obvious. If you have a roof over your head, food in your belly , water to drink and don't suppress your sexual energy then its all good and well.
In my understanding Red Ray blockage is Death. I think wanting to end an incarnation or feeling depression has its roots in reaction to Orange/Yellow ray catalyst that are being rejected and thus lowering of the vibrations to Red Ray. I think the answer would then be to balance out Orange/Yellow Ray catalyst rather than anything directly in Red Ray.
