I don't see much different from the Hidden Hand interview.

I had this exact thought upon skimming through this text. I wonder if it was written by the same person or a fan of the hidden hand material? Perhaps it is simply a more palletable rewrite of HH. Either way, it seems to be riding the coat tails of the Ra Material at least to some degree.

I will give it a full read when I get a chance.
