The mysterious nature of time

From my understanding and perspective, I see it like this:

Tme only appears to be moving on direction for us;

But, in all reality the future has just as much ability to influence and altar the past just as the past does to the future.

Though I am not sure, I think it finds echoes in the LOO, as well. Below is an extract from 85.19 of the LOO --
