I tend to perceive Free Will as Love.

The Love of the Creator to know Himself, to let existence unfold in awareness that no part of it will not be Love. To let Himself love Himself, hate Himself, hurt Himself through all that we are.

The idea that something is beyond Love can make sense as the evolution of awareness is infinite.
