The fact is Ra's statements of the STS path only reveals as much as asked by the questionner. And basically anything under 7D isnt fully aware of unity which includes Ra. But you should see it as either path being a service from creator to creator. You can always find a service to self behind each sto actions and a service to others behind each sts actions.
