In my opinion they just go off and do their own thing, mingling with other negatives in negative time/space. Eventually they plan for a new incarnation in order to further polarize negatively. In time/space the very nature of your thoughts draws you to a given space.

Yes, they hang out in whatever space is in resonance with who they want to be.  If they want to be STS they will automatically find themselves in spaces with those of similar vibratory configuration. Time/space is a lot like the internet and your thoughts are whatever you are typing into the search bar.

Or he will go to that same time/space, just ignore his guide and others and simply ask for a next body?

Time/space is connected or separated by similar/dissimilar thought, so those of negative orientation automatically end up in astral realms that correspond to their consciousness. Those of like consciousness are naturally drawn together.

Or maybe, as soon as someone reaches 95% STS, he is "automatically" harvested to 4d-?
