I enjoyed Robert Moss's book: "Conscious Dreaming".

I wouldn't describe it as a "dream symbol dictionary" by any means (and besides, many of these dream symbols will be unique unto yourself) but it is a handy manual for navigating and understanding the inner worlds in a shamanistic fashion.
