What has currently captured my attention is the simple yet profound metaphors of meaning and purpose. A tree that bears "fruit" has references to life, knowledge and consciousness. And the term harvest, that refers to the reaping of ones efforts in the fields of fertility. Such basic images that speak so intimately to an inquisitive eye!
