I think what Ra said was that entities in time/space have all the freedom they want, and can see for metaphysical miles - but that's why we can't do any "work" in time/space, we have the answers easily available to us. Our vibratory levels wouldn't change because we already can see the answer. Time/space also is where all the intensive incarnative planning takes place
