Have you met your guru?

I just wanted to add that I think that's it's definitely possible to be initiated without a guru, but a guru would certainly be helpful. I'm pretty sure that I was initiated in 2008 and it was frightening and I wish someone would have been there to tell me what was happening.

Would you mind elaborating on your experience? Unless it's too personal for you to share of course. Would love to hear about it.
