I believe plenums answer hits the nail on the head, so to speak. However I wish to do some nailing to, or rather hope to! I believe most people see the negative system in place. Then use that to project, that most people must be negative. That is a concept of interrelated variables. The Elite have been able to garnish powerful political, military, and financial prowess. However this does not entail the rest of us being negative. The catalytic conversion coupled with each experience, is that no matter how you believe things are. Each entity is guaranteed to make is own choice, moment to moment. Even if that choice is to feel like there is no choice. Basically each side keeps the other pretty much even. The polarity or traction to one side doesn't begin until yuu make a choice. So all In short, things are often not what they seem.
