Hi Gemini,

You have more control over this than you might think. Your have to set clear boundaries that you only want information that is for your highest good, and you only want the highest and most truthful information coming into your awareness. Carla talks about this when she teaches channeling, that she challenges the spirits that are giving her information, to be sure that they are in the high vibration of Christ.

You mentioned that you were in a mental facility. Can I ask, are you getting ongoing professional help and support?
