Yes I have buzzing/ringing all day. I have gotten angry or irritated because of it. It seemed to vanish and I immediately was like, no come back. I focused on my third eye and the sensation/noise came back. I have noticed it changes, and has changed roughout the three or so years I have heard/felt it. Sometimes it feels like dice Rollin around almost but a more kaleidoscope tumbling type feel. Idk how to explain it. I do know sun gazing is the real deal. Try it out, and see how immense the buzzing gets. When I'm having a indigo block the buzz is nauseating.  I can feel blockages pop and release from time to time. Its been awhi!e since you wrote this. Hardly anyone else knows what I'm talking about with this. So I'm glad you can relate.

I've had that "ringing" for almost 15 years now, not sure if it's the Same ringing.
It Sounds almost like tinnitus, but surely isnt.
I dont consider it to be bad, but quite contrary!

It began when i started consciously connecting with my higher self, especially when i started doing the Babaji Mantra (which is supposed to strengthen that connection).
I have been working with that Mantra intensively, and the energy As well aus physical sensations where very similar to that ringing.
Further i observed over the years:
the more i am in the present moment and the more i am on the "right track" the louder it gets.
The less i am being present, when i am lost in thoughts for example, and the less i am "on track" meaning nötig serving my higher purpose, the less i hear it.
It became a tremendous Ressource for me!

Did you make similar observations?
I would even say, it is a sign, a means of guidance from my higher self!

Oh yea everything you say is right on cue. Two days ago I was watering the early starters like kale, some lettuce and such things. A beam of sunlight caught me, I go to look at the sun, and instantly the buzzing increases tremendously. I know something profound is about to take place. I look at the sun and a violet like silhouette, and the center goes really deep red/violet circling round and round. I look at this for at least five minutes with no change. For a second I swear I see a face on the sun. It was profound. The buzzing was tremendous and 'pure' for awhile at least a day afterwards.
