I read a book by German clairvoyant M. Oetinger (who by the way describes many things that Ra also mentions, like that entities who will not be able to keep up with the changes on earth will be guided to another planet to continue their evolution etc.) and she recommends NOT to say to negative / astral entities that they should go to the light... firstly they do not really know what is meant by that and they cannot stand the light in the state they are in. It is better to ask for angels and spirit guides to take over and deal with them because they know how to do it.
I go with transiten... I would also recommend you to seek an experienced medium or ghost buster to help with your problem.
